I’ve burned out three times and narrowly avoided it on multiple occasions. I built Goth Boss Studios so that no-one else has to learn how to survive burnout the hard way.
What I offer isn’t therapy, nor is it a quick fix. This is a structured process to help you understand your own personal burnout: what caused it, why it keeps going, and what helps you individually to recover.
I’m here to help you on your recovery journey and support you in building habits to stop burnout coming back.
The Burnout Recovery Package - £1350 / 3 months
A 12-week programme built around my upcoming burnout survival book. We’ll focus on the 12 areas that matter most when you’re recovering from and rebuilding your life after burnout.
What’s included:
A kick-off session to look at where you’re at and what is driving your burnout
Four accountability sessions across the 12 weeks, spaced to give you room to try things and put techniques into action.
A wrap-up session to consolidate what you’ve learned and plan for the long term
Email support throughout (48hr response, Tuesday-Thursday)
What we’ll work through:
Identifying what stage of burnout you’re in
Learn your own early-warning signs
Rebuild your relationship with rest, your phone, your emails, your calendar
Discover what refuels you and what depletes you so that you can stop running on empty
You’ll get practical steps and my support as you work through them.
Burnout can take many many months to recover from. I’m not promising a cure in 3-months; doing so would be disingenuous. What I’m offering is the tools, techniques and accountability to help you manage it; so that you can catch it sooner and recover faster.
One-Off Session - £250
Some people prefer to take an ad-hoc approach or test our working relationship before committing to a 3-month programme. This is a single 60-minute conversation you can book when you need someone to help you work through something, get unstuck or just need a little pep talk and permission to look after yourself.
Why me
I'm not a therapist. If you need clinical mental health support, I'll always say so and encourage you to seek it.
I’ve built studios, led teams and had a very successful career on paper, all while silently burning out. I’m not a clinician and I won’t pretend to be one. What I bring is decades of hard won experience, of seeing this pattern up close in my teams, my clients and myself. I’ll help you get to the root cause of why you’re burning out and give you the space and confidence to stop saying “I’m fine”.
