How I Work

I work with founders, studio heads and leaders across games and creative technology. Whether you need a thinking partner your business strategy or roadmap, or are struggling with burnout and overwhelm; I’m here to help.

All sessions are online, one-to-one and available Tuesday to Thursday.

Getting started

I work with a small number of clients at a time and I want to make sure we’re a good fit before we begin.

Step 1: Drop me an email at hello@gothboss.co.uk with a bit of context about where you are and what you’re dealing with.

Step 2: If it sounds like a good fit, I’ll send you a link to book a free 15-minute intro call.

Step 3: If we both want to go ahead, I’ll send an invoice and we’ll get your first session in the diary.

What to Expect

Sessions are online video calls, Tuesday to Thursday. During your intro call I’ll ask you a few questions to make sure I show up prepared.

There’s no right or wrong way to use the time. Some people arrive with a specific problem or two. Others aren’t sure how to discuss what’s on their mind and we can explore further with the right questions.

Async email support (included in the 3-month packages) is for questions, reflections and things that come up between sessions. I reply Tuesday to Thursday, and will always aim to reply within 3 regular working days (eg if you email on Friday I’ll get back to by Tuesday).
